Job Overview
Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores is seeking a skilled Tire Specialist - Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in our shop and roadside service.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair commercial vehicle tires, ensuring they are safe for the road and meet regulatory standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating and cleaning equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
- Work in close quarters, lifting heavy equipment, and moving in various temperatures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in tire maintenance, repair, or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
