**Job Summary:**

Elderwood - Burlington is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to join our skilled nursing facility. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to address resident needs.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed by physicians.

**Requirements:**

  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of Vermont.
  • At least one year of experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.

**Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
