Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY
The individual in this role is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling cashier transactions for patrons while warmly welcoming guests, seating them in dining areas or lounges, and ensuring high standards of service quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accurately process customer payments.
  • Complete all cash or credit transactions as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, pricing, and daily specials.
  • Foster an exceptional customer service environment for all visitors.
  • Perform necessary preparatory tasks and keep the workspace organized and clean.
  • Return cash drawer to the designated area at the end of each shift.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Greet guests promptly upon arrival.
  • Provide guests with menus and information.
  • Assign tables to guests efficiently.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining and service areas.
  • Manage and document guest reservations.
  • Engage with guests to confirm satisfaction with food and service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
