Caregiver Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Anthology of Farmington Hills. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks, including bathing, grooming, personal and dental hygiene, transportation to meals and activities, and bowel and bladder functions.
  • Provide resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials, transporting residents, and answering resident's call lights in a timely manner.
  • Respond to resident's needs promptly while maintaining each resident's self-respect, personal dignity, personal safety, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under pressure and relate well to the residents.
  • CPR certification is a plus.
  • Excellent bedside manner.
  • Experience working with an electronic health record system.
