Healthcare Specialist

Nuvance Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with patients, family/significant others, peers, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Care Planning: Assesses the patient's needs, develops and implements individualized care plans, evaluates the medical and nursing regimens in accordance with the hospital and nursing philosophy, policies/procedures, and standards.
- Documentation: Documents patient information, including the plan of care, interventions and outcomes reflecting the patient’s physical, mental, and emotional status.
- Leadership: Demonstrates leadership skills, commitment to professional accountability and growth.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A current and unobstructed New York State Registered Nurse (NY Hospitals) or Connecticut Registered Nurse License (CT Hospitals)
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate’s Level Degree (required) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- American Nurses Association endorsed Certifications or Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses Certification Preferred (*Based on Certification specialty hours of work requirement)
The estimated salary for this position is $65-85 hourly.
