Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. in Des Plaines, IL. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect products for quality and foreign material contamination
  • Supply production lines as needed
  • Responsible for correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets
  • Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) or willingness to learn
  • Sufficient math skills
  • Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment

This is a day-to-day position with varying schedules depending on the needs of the client and your availability. You will be working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machines, noise levels, and varying temperatures.
