The Radiology Technologist is a key member of the Diagnostic Radiology team at INTEGRIS Health, providing exceptional care to patients in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves performing a variety of radiographic procedures, operating radiographic equipment, and ensuring maximum radiation safety.
Key Responsibilities- Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report any malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize safety devices to minimize radiation exposure and ensure patient safety.
- Perform computer and clerical tasks related to radiology requests and patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in radiographic exam rooms.
- Provide necessary care and safety for patients while in the radiology department.
The Radiology Technologist reports to the Radiology Technologist Lead and/or Radiology Manager/Director.

The Radiology Technologist may be exposed to radiation, chemical fumes, and contagious diseases. Frequent contact with electrical equipment and patients with contagious diseases is also possible.
Qualifications- Associate Degree preferred
- Completed a Radiologic Technology accredited program
- Radiography certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 12 months of hire
- Current CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Effective communication skills (Verbal/Written)
