Position Overview

We are a prominent, physician-led surgical facility recognized for excellence in our industry, seeking a dedicated radiology technologist for either full-time or part-time opportunities. Our center operates Monday through Friday, ensuring no weekend or holiday shifts are required.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with our esteemed surgical team to provide exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in pre-operative and recovery phases.
  • Supporting physicians during angiograms and other specialized radiologic procedures while adhering to sterile techniques.
  • Preparing examination areas and positioning patients appropriately for procedures.
  • Operating advanced radiology equipment.

Salary

Qualifications

Applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • Certification as a radiology technologist and graduation from an accredited radiology technology program.
  • Registration with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency).
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an interventional operating room setting.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
