We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at Mitchell Martin.
Job Summary:
Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Utilize critical thinking skills to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
ASN required & BSN preferred.
BLS, ACLS & PALS-AHA required.
NIHSS required.
NRP-American Heart Assoc. preferred.
CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.
ENPC preferred.
Telemetry Cert or Competency Exam.
Minimum 18 months of Nursing experience working in a pediatric ED environment.
Demonstrated level of performance and practice required.
Must have ED experience within the past six months.
