Key Responsibilities- Provide Primary Care Services: Collect, record, and maintain patient information, conduct physical examinations, order and interpret laboratory and imaging tests, and determine and implement appropriate courses of treatment.
- Perform Routine Obstetric and Gynecological Procedures: Conduct colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and other routine office-based procedures.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Provide treatment plans and prescribe medications for issues and diseases affecting the female organs.
- Monitor Patient Care: Monitor results of treatment, changing as necessary, and maintain accurate and complete records.
- Advise Patients and Community Members: Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Medical Degree or D.O.: Medical degree or D.O. from an ACGME-accredited medical school.
- Residency Completion: Completion of an ACGME-approved residency program.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in OB/GYN medicine.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
