Permanent Histotech Opportunity on Long Island

We are seeking a skilled Histotechnician to join our team at a renowned reference laboratory on Long Island, New York. As a Histotechnician, you will play a crucial role in preparing tissue samples for examination by pathologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tissue samples for examination by pathologists
  • Conduct grossing and embedding procedures
  • Ensure high-quality tissue processing and staining
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to achieve efficient and accurate results

Requirements:

  • NYS Lab License is required
  • 1+ years of experience is preferred, but licensed new grads are welcome
  • Experience in grossing and embedding is a plus
