We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services to our customers. Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000 - $172,000. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as 401(k) and stock purchase plan options. You will also receive paid time off, parental leave, and access to our education benefit program, Live Better U.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
  • Counseling customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs.
  • Maintaining confidential information and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • A pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
