As a Rehabilitation Therapy Specialist, your primary objective is to support patients in reaching their maximum physical capabilities while striving towards their therapeutic objectives. You will be tasked with upholding health and safety protocols established by the facility's management.
Qualifications & Duties:
Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational TherapyCurrent valid state licensure requiredAssess residents' therapy needsDevelop personalized treatment strategiesDocument all pertinent informationMonitor and modify treatment plans as necessaryPrior experience in long-term care is preferredWork Schedule and Compensation:
