Position Overview:

We are looking for a committed School-Based Speech-Language Therapist to join our dedicated team at AnthroMed Education. This role is essential in fostering communication skills among students in a supportive educational environment.

The selected therapist will work within a Title 1 educational setting, managing a diverse caseload of approximately 35 students, including many who are multilingual learners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, paraprofessionals, and other service providers to create and execute meaningful interventions.
  • Enhance your professional skills and knowledge through collaboration with experienced colleagues in a nurturing, growth-focused atmosphere.
  • Receive personalized support from our SLP Clinical Director and gain access to an extensive Therapy Database.
  • Make a significant impact on students' lives and contribute to their academic and personal success.

Our Recruitment Process:

During this meeting, we will explore your preferences regarding grade levels, eligibility experience, and travel considerations to ensure the best match with our partner schools.

Subsequently, candidates will have the opportunity to interview with our school partners to discuss specific caseloads, school culture, and role expectations.


Relocation Support:

If you are considering a move to Colorado, we provide relocation assistance to our SLPs.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Preferred experience in providing speech therapy within a school environment.
  • A passion for working collaboratively in a team-oriented educational setting and delivering high-quality speech therapy services to students.
  • Ability to obtain a Special Services license through the Colorado Department of Education.
