Early Intervention Physical Therapist

**Responsibilities**

* Provide early intervention pediatric homecare services to children with developmental disabilities
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and caregivers

**Requirements**

* Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
* New York State licensure in Physical Therapy
* Reliable car and auto insurance
* Clean background and criminal record
* In-Person availability
