Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control and Inspection: Manage day-to-day quality control and inspection activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Directly supervise hourly and salaried employees, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet quality and performance expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate quality results and recommendations to quality and plant management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to employees on quality requirements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two years of experience as a Quality Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Demonstrated planning and problem-solving skills, ability to work a flexible shift schedule, and experience with computer systems and software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Requirements
  • Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or assembly plant environment.
  • Lead Auditor Certifications: Lead Auditor certifications and practical experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience of hourly personnel.
Physical Requirements
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with exposure to heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Physical Demands: Stand or walk for long periods, frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds.
