Position Overview:

  • Work in conjunction with medical professionals and healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive diabetes education and resources.
  • Contribute to the achievement of program goals and the improvement of clinical results.
  • Deliver both group and personalized educational sessions aimed at enhancing disease management.
  • Oversee the management of intricate diabetes cases.
  • Encourage ongoing education for healthcare professionals regarding diabetes care.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new staff members in the healthcare setting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or Board Certified-Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical or healthcare office environment is preferred.
  • Necessary professional licensure and registration must be obtained.
