We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our rapidly expanding advanced therapy wound team. As a key member of our mobile wound care team, you will travel throughout the state of New Jersey, collaborating with healthcare providers and patients to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough health assessments, record medical history, and identify patient symptoms and needs.
  • Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Perform advanced wound care therapies, including debridement, amniotic allograft placement, and other treatments to promote wound healing.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote patient education and engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New Jersey.
  • Advanced wound care certification or experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a wound care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000+ per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and multiple insurance plan options.
