Product Compliance Manager

MGR Workforce is currently hiring a Product Compliance Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures across our organization. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet company specifications and industry standards.
Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections, identifying and documenting deviations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A salary of $26-28 per hour is offered for this position.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance is required for this role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. An associate's or bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field is also preferred.
