We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, providing top-notch patient care and contributing to the success of our clients.
About the Job- Job Title: Electrophysiology Technician
- Location: Washington, District of Columbia
- Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week
- Shift: 10 hours, days
The primary responsibility of the EP Tech is to provide technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization and EP team. This involves assisting physicians in the performance of various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Electrophysiology Labs. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing patient history, verifying medical orders, evaluating images, and communicating results to doctors.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current License in good standing
- Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials
- Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting
