Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough examinations, evaluations, and interventions to develop and implement effective physical therapy plans.
  • Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our patients.
  • Document patient information, establish therapeutic plans, and modify them as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to be continued at home.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in physical therapy, incorporating this knowledge into daily treatment of patients.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
