We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Crisis Response Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide administrative and clinical leadership for all nursing services on your designated unit. You will demonstrate leadership and role modeling at all times for staff, supervising direct patient care, nursing management, assessments, and crisis management.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clinical leadership for all nursing services on your designated unit
- Supervise direct patient care, nursing management, assessments, and crisis management
- Ensure environmental safety for the patient population
- Assist with training and education of staff, patients, and families as needed
- Assist nursing leadership and/or the nursing supervisor in reviewing referrals for admissions, completing admissions assessments, and other assigned duties
