Role Summary:
This position is tasked with enhancing operational processes to optimize the effectiveness of the R&D digital data products team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with R&D Digital leadership to develop Program Management Operating processes.
  • Create impactful visual presentations to convey strategies, key messages, and operational processes.
  • Support the head of Digital R&D Data Products in managing daily operations, including portfolio planning, demand management, budget oversight, resource allocation, and value realization.
  • Enhance operational methodologies, including agile and product-based delivery approaches, while proactively managing portfolio challenges and establishing frameworks to define, report, and monitor KPIs and business outcomes across various Products/Programs.

Team Leadership and Operational Excellence:
  • Establish a network of stakeholders across digital and business domains to promote PMO processes and improve operational methodologies for digital data products.
  • Identify and escalate issues, manage risks, and take proactive measures to prevent potential problems related to digital data products and services.
  • May directly oversee internal or external project managers/scrum masters assigned to product teams and projects.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital program/product management and overseeing PMO functions in a global context.
  • Proven success in managing the complete lifecycle of large, complex digital/data/analytics projects.
  • Experience in coaching product teams and promoting the adoption of agile product-development methodologies within a large enterprise environment.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively present to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven capability to lead, collaborate, and influence teams without direct authority.
