Fitness Coach

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to lead our group fitness program at Taymax Group. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to motivate and support members in their fitness journeys, and a passion for fitness.

• Familiarize new members with the facility and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop and implement a schedule for the Planet Fitness PE@PF program.
• Consult with members on their fitness goals and provide personalized guidance.
• Train members on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Generate bi-weekly updates featuring a variety of exercises.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Prior experience in fitness or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Personal Training Certification from a recognized association (IFA, ACE or NCSF) is a plus.

Continuous standing, walking, bending, crouching, and reaching. Regularly listening and talking in person or on the phone. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

$18.00 - $18.50 per hour.
