About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in South Carolina. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with speech and language disorders to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions targeting speech and language goals, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and achieve the best possible results for patients.
  • Engage with families and caregivers to educate them on the therapy process and involve them in the treatment plan.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina.
  • Preferred experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
