Job Title: LPN - CVI

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at Hartsfield Village, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that celebrates the full continuum of life and promotes successful aging.

About the Role:

The ADON/LPN will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to providing high-quality care and a comfortable day-to-day life to our residents. This includes assisting with administrative nursing duties, focusing on infection control and quality assurance, as well as supporting employee relations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with administrative nursing duties, including infection control and quality assurance
  • Support employee relations and maintain a positive work environment
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including basic personal care, medication administration, and treatment procedures
  • Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, supervisors, and coworkers
  • Work under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing and maintain confidentiality of resident conditions and personal affairs
Requirements:
  • LPN licensed to practice in the State of Indiana
  • State-approved medication course
  • BLS card
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
