Billing Specialist

STV Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our Project Accounting team. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week spent in our Douglassville, PA office.

• Perform all aspects of the project billing process, including contract administration and support.
• Prepare client invoices in accordance with company billing policy guidelines.
• Review and process vendor and sub-consultant invoices.
• Monitor project cost/performance and reconcile revenue monthly.
• Review Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Work closely with Project Managers to meet the overall financial and operational objectives of the region.

• Associates Degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in finance or project accounting.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Experience in billing within the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry is required.
