Senior Compensation Analyst
About the Role:
This Senior Compensation Analyst position plays a crucial role in supporting the establishment and maintenance of the compensation function for all dsm-firmenich employees in North America. The ideal candidate will help drive the organization's compensation strategy, under the guidance of the Director of Total Rewards, North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the enhancement of pay programs based on competitive benchmarking and industry standards.
- Administer the annual compensation and incentive processes, including planning, updating guidelines and tools, system testing, preparing communication materials, and consulting with HR business partners and management on the process and recommendations.
- Ensure company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations through audits, reports, and personal contact.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 3 years compensation experience preferred, ideally 5-7 years.
- Compensation experience working for a foreign multi-national is a plus.
- Experience with PeopleNow or comparable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system preferred.
Estimated Salary:$ 95,000 - 110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
