We are a dynamic and innovative company, Titan Ventures, seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in Neuried, Germany. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and post incoming invoices in collaboration with the accounting department.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of supplier invoices/receipts to ensure compliance with legal regulations and proper receipt of goods and services.
  • Monitor due dates and prepare payment runs to ensure timely payments.
  • Process creditor reminders and reject unjustified invoices.
  • Participate in the design of processes and digitalization initiatives in the accounting area.
