Job Summary

We are seeking a Cycle Counter to join our team at our Louisville, KY Packaging Services plant. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, teamwork, and self-starter skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with other Cycle Counters to complete all weekly and month-end counts.
  • Participate in all physical inventories.
  • Verify counts against computer data.
  • Prepare partial pallets to be stored back into warehouse stock.
  • Scan warehouse to ensure proper location.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Keep work area clean and in proper condition.
  • Support production floor on daily assigned duties.
Requirements
  • Previous cycle count/inventory experience highly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent mathematical and counting skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, understand a tape measure and other measuring devices.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to retain technical information.
  • Self-starter, team player, and dependable.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 2 years' experience and/or training in a production environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic computer skills, MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
