Senior Foreman

This is an exciting opportunity to join Tennyson Electric Inc as a Construction Site Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of traffic signal systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of construction professionals to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Solve complex problems and make sound decisions to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire team members.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, and noise levels.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 per annum (Union Scale)
