Valet Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Valet Attendant to join our team at Valet Park of America in the Poughkeepsie, NY area. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, parking vehicles, and ensuring a safe and efficient experience for our clients.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Park vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that they are secure and protected from damage.
• Run back to the station to prepare for the next patron, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, providing clear and concise information as needed.

• Be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management, with some training available if needed.
• Have your own transportation and a valid Class D license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Have experience working in customer service and be over the age of 18.
• Pass a criminal records check and be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
