Deli Host

About the Role:

We are seeking a Deli Host to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Deli Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and stocked deli area, and assisting with food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, answering questions about menu offerings and addressing their needs.
• Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use various methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Perform additional duties as needed, including cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
