Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maryville, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing medical care and support to our clients. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of $40.00.
Responsibilities- Perform initial nursing assessments for incoming clients.
- Arrange appointments with healthcare providers for physical examinations and health screenings.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate medication supply records.
- Maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies in compliance with governing regulations and agency policy.
- Implement and ensure adherence to infection control policies and practices.
- Provide education to clients on health, nutrition, safety, and medication compliance.
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR).
- Develop and maintain updated multidisciplinary treatment plans for clients based on their needs.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current RN license in good standing in New Jersey.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- May be a recent graduate of an approved nursing school or have a minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare issues related to substance use disorders, including mental health needs, women's health issues, HIV/AIDS, and other communicable diseases.
- Knowledge of accurate record-keeping in accordance with regulatory agencies and standards.
- Knowledge of nutritional requirements and practices.
- Ability to plan and organize work with prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate records and reports.

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The work schedule is 7:00am-7:30pm, three days per week. The work location is in-person at our facility.
