JOB PROFILE:

We are in search of a seasoned Tax Professional with a minimum of 5 years of extensive tax experience to become a part of our dynamic team.

Our practice is varied, catering to a diverse clientele that includes complex S corporations, partnerships, C corporations, trusts, estates, as well as high-net-worth individuals and family groups.



Key Responsibilities:

  • - Perform thorough reviews of intricate federal, state, and local tax returns for S-Corp., partnership, C-Corp., individual, and fiduciary clients.
  • - Oversee client engagements from inception to completion, including planning, executing, managing, and finalizing tax projects while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • - Maintain proactive communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, and effectively lead change initiatives.
  • - Contribute to business development efforts aimed at expanding services to both new and existing clients.
  • - Mentor, supervise, and train associates and interns on tax-related projects while evaluating staff performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA and/or JD required; MT/MST and/or LLM in tax preferred
- At least 5 years of public accounting experience with a concentration in tax

  • Capability to evaluate the tax implications of business operations and transactions
  • Strong tax and technical research abilities
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience in managing complex engagements
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and practice management skills
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
