Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our team at Carolina QuickCare. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive care to our patients and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct thorough physical exams and order diagnostic tests as necessary
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care
- Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in North Carolina
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in urgent care or a related setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Competitive hourly rate of $65.00
