Role Responsibilities:
The Press Machine Operator III will be responsible for overseeing the tray operation of press machinery. Key duties include:

  • Providing training resources for proper machine operation, quality assurance, and material handling.
  • Efficiently operating all machinery and control mechanisms to achieve production goals in terms of productivity, quality, safety, and teamwork.
  • Making necessary adjustments, alignments, and installations on machines to minimize repairs and optimize performance.
  • Conducting setup, assembly, disassembly, operation, and basic maintenance of equipment to support production needs.
  • Performing preventative maintenance, including lubrication and cleaning, to ensure machinery operates smoothly.
  • Monitoring the auto palletizing operation for correct stacking patterns and making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate production run sheets and ensuring proper handling and packaging of products.
  • Adhering to safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, or at least six months of relevant machine operation experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
  • The ability to follow instructions and solve problems effectively.
  • A willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • The capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work 2nd shift hours and overtime as required.
