Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans by hand, adhering to company-approved washing techniques and maintaining a clean and organized dish area.
- Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to ensure efficient service to our guests and maintain a high level of quality.
- Ensure the dish area, equipment, and chemicals are properly maintained and stored, and that the work area and equipment stay clean throughout the shift.
- Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed, and inspect and verify that the machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the workday.
- Must be 18 years of age or older (unless local/state regulations apply).
- Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
