This role involves conducting diagnostic tests, performing repairs and replacements, and executing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine technology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex diesel engine issues using advanced tools and software.
  • Collaborate with A-Level Mechanics to develop and implement effective repair strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the workshop.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of experience as a diesel engine mechanic.
  • ASE certifications required; ASE certification program provided
  • Diesel engine technology certifications preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
