Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef & Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team. This dynamic individual will oversee the culinary operations of our resort, ensuring exceptional food quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and organization
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus and promotions that meet customer demand and exceed expectations
  • Lead a team of up to 30 kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and financial performance to align with resort objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred; strong knowledge of food cost management, knife handling, and culinary equipment operation
  • Intermediate food hygiene qualification and ability to obtain West Virginia Food Handlers Certificate
