Piper Companies is currently seeking a Patient Support Quality Manager to join their team in a hybrid role. The Senior Patient Support Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of patient engagement quality programs through the use of KPIs and metrics to evaluate service quality, patient satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
- Maintain patient services activities in accordance with departmental SOPs and industry standards.
- Establish and implement patient engagement quality programs through policies, guidelines, and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in patient support programs.
- Rare disease and/or complex therapy administration experience.
- Salesforce or Healthcloud CRM platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
Benefits:
- Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 based on experience.
