  • Monitor the performance of patient engagement quality programs through the use of KPIs and metrics to evaluate service quality, patient satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
  • Maintain patient services activities in accordance with departmental SOPs and industry standards.
  • Establish and implement patient engagement quality programs through policies, guidelines, and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in patient support programs.
  • Rare disease and/or complex therapy administration experience.
  • Salesforce or Healthcloud CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
