Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
  • Current pharmacist's license in the state of California.
  • Certified immunizer or willingness to become certified within 3 months.
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmacy leadership experience.
