About the Role:Paramount Prints is in search of a Studio Manager. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about overseeing e-commerce photography projects from initial brief to final delivery. You take pride in seeing projects through to completion and serve as the primary contact for daily production requirements. Your meticulous planning skills enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively, while your exceptional organizational and time management abilities keep you and your team on track for timely delivery. You are resourceful and adept at collaborating with diverse teams and personalities, showcasing outstanding interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. A strong interest in interior design is essential. You possess a keen eye for detail, the ability to thrive under deadlines, and the skills to address challenges creatively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal teams for still life e-commerce photography sessions.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Creative teams to ensure sample readiness for shoots, verifying the availability of correct samples in advance, and supporting e-commerce setups.
- Work with asset and post-production teams to guarantee timely delivery of outputs, managing pre-production, production, and post-production schedules in coordination with other teams, tracking and reconciling budget estimates and accruals, monitoring deadlines and site updates, and adjusting shoot priorities as necessary, while consistently updating and maintaining the production planning system and ensuring studio supplies are well-managed.
- Organize and maintain shot lists for photo and video shoots, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Assist in reviewing incoming shot lists, consolidating requests based on guidelines such as photo direction, timelines, and budgets.
- Execute delivery tasks for assigned projects, including releasing assets to internal teams or cross-functional partners, uploading assets to the Digital Asset Management system, archiving assets provided by agencies, and collecting and archiving final post-production assets.
- Participate in planning and executing photo shoots, attending meetings, and ensuring clear communication among teams.
- Act as the central point of contact to gather and disseminate project information to team members, maintaining a smooth and proactive workflow.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in photo production preferred; familiarity with interior design, fashion, and/or merchandising is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable using online tools.
- Strong editorial judgment and visual sensibility.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of workflow management processes and strong prioritization abilities.
- Highly organized; detail-oriented; resourceful; adaptable; proactive.
- Creative problem-solver with a positive attitude.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
