The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a private practice setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated at $250,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. Job DescriptionThis is an outpatient-only position with no hospital work or call responsibilities. The candidate will be required to take backup call 1:8 and will have a Monday-Friday schedule with one Saturday per month (9 am to 1 pm). The working hours are split between two clinics, which are located approximately an hour apart.
The candidate will spend three days per week at one clinic and two days per week at the other. This unique arrangement allows the candidate to experience different environments and develop a deeper understanding of the community they serve.
The role requires a BC/BE Pediatrician with excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. A passion for teaching and mentoring is also essential, as the candidate will be involved in training junior staff members.
