Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Cloud Data Engineer with expertise in Azure and Fabric to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, architectures, and analytics solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric platforms.   • Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and privacy are adhered to throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality data is available for reporting and analytics.
  • Explore and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions in collaboration with data science teams.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in Azure and cloud-based data engineering and analytics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data engineering and analytics on Azure cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Database, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT techniques.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with cloud data architecture, data governance, and security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics using Azure Machine Learning or similar platforms.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in data engineering.
