Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
    • Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
  • Experience and Skills
    • At least 3 years of experience in a family practice or comparable setting
    • Experience in a community health center setting is preferred
    • Strong knowledge of current evidence-based family medicine guidelines
    • Skills in providing diagnostic, preventive, and/or therapeutic services to patients
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness
