  • Proficiency in MicroStation, Geopak, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of NCDOT, FHWA Hydraulic Design Manual, and related standards.
  • Experience in geotechnical engineering, stormwater management, and roadway drainage design.
  • Familiarity with erosion control, soil stabilization, and sedimentation control design.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset in hydraulic design and engineering.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
