Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital staff and patients
  • Counsel patients on medication use and potential side effects
  • Develop and implement in-service education programs for hospital staff
  • Provide diabetes training and education to patients and staff
  • Dispense prescription drugs and IVs as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree required
  • Prior one to two years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
  • Must be licensed in the State of Indiana as a Pharmacist
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
