About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with contractors and builders in the La Crosse area, providing excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  2. Keep management up to date on existing orders.
  3. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer accounts.
  4. Present quotes and sales proposals to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and good work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals.
  • Comfortable interacting with both new and existing customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on customer needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
