Restoration Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to join our team at ServiceMaster Restoration by DSI 3419. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for leading our restoration efforts and ensuring the timely and quality completion of assigned projects.

The Restoration Crew Chief will oversee the daily operations of our restoration crew, directing and supervising the work of our restoration technicians and staff laborers. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Lead and direct the restoration crew in the completion of assigned projects
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of restoration work
• Supervise and train restoration technicians and staff laborers
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety protocols
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the restoration industry
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
